In QuickBooks Online, exporting reports to Excel is done within the data view. I'll show you where to do it.
The report's data view has an icon where you'll be able to export it to Excel (instead of a toolbar). Simply click the paper icon, then select Export to Excel.
If you've saved the customized report, you can also export it from the customized reports page itself. Here's how:
- Go to the Reports menu, then click the Custom reports tab.
- Find the report you want to export, then click the arrow icon beside Edit.
- Choose Export As Excel.
