I currently run both my client accounts and office accounts on the same quickbooks online account using different sales invoice numbers and would like to export/import all the data (including all transactions) from the 1st Quickbooks online account on to a 2nd quickbooks online account. Once done i would then journal out any remaining client balances on one account and run the online account as my office accounts and any office balances on the other quickbooks account running as my client accounts. Moving forward with them both split but without necessitating input of all previous transactions for the year. Is there a way of doing this please?

See Common questions about importing data to QuickBooks Online article for more details about the importing process. Visit our Bring in your data page for more insights about importing your data.
You can also check Intuit Marketplace and look for a third party application that might help you export/import the data including transactions from QBO account to another. We don't provide recommendations or support for third-party applications or websites; if you have an issue you will need to contact the provider of the third-party product.

You may have 2 options:
1. Utilize a migration tool
