We can use the Export data feature to export reports/lists and non-posting transactions /attachments in your account. This allows you to download the data entered into your file to your local hard drive. Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon on the top menu.
- Choose Export data.
- In the Reports tab, select the date range and choose the report you want to export.
- Click Export to Excel.
- Then, go to the Lists tab and select Customers, Employees, and Suppliers, then tick Export to Excel.

Then, import the data to another QBO account. Let me show you how:
- Log in to the second account, then click on the Gear icon at the upper right.
- Under Tools, choose Import data.
- Select the type of data that you'd like to import.
- Click Browse to select a file to be imported.
- Tap on the Next button until finished.
