files keep aborting

QBs keeps aborting everytime I try to do something.  I have been on calls with help, they remote in and uninstall and reinstall and it just keeps happening.  I cannpt get anyone on the phone who knows what to do to fix this and I have 50 clients using this product and having same issues.  Your services is horriable and you should quit selling the produce if you cannot provide live support!

Thanks for bringing this attention to us and I'm here to provide some steps to fix the aborting issue on your company file, judyterrell.

 

Let's start by making sure you connect to the network using wired connections, configure firewall add QuickBooks firewall ports, and set up folder permissions to share company files. Doing this will also prevent other clients from getting the same issue.

 

Once all set, close QuickBooks and restart your computer. Re-open the program and perform some tasks on your file.

 

If you're getting the same issue, the file could be corrupted. You need to create a backup of your company file and fix the damage. You can start by downloading the most recent version (1.4.0.0) of QuickBooks Tool Hub.

 

Let me show you how:

 

Step 1: Download and install the tool.

  1. Click this link to download the file: QuickBooks Tool Hub.
  2. Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
  3. Follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
  4. When the install finishes, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.

Step 2: Run Quick Fix my File

 

  1. From the tool hub, select the Company File Issues tab.
  2. Select Quick Fix my File.
  3. Click OK when it completes and launch your QuickBooks.
