Filling the customer's details into the Customer Display Name before anything else will make their information visible on the payment link as soon as they process their payment. This will not only ensure accuracy but also help us maintain a clearer record of transactions.
Here's how to fill in your customer's information in the Customer display name:
- Go to Sales, then select.
- Choose the customer you want to update.
- Select Edit.
- In the Customer display name field, enter what you want to display for the customer (this is a required field).
- Then, review the customer's display name and make edits if necessary.
- Click Save.
