You can either create a backup of your QuickBooks Desktop file or export your reports/data to Excel. This way, you can save your past transactions. Here's how to manually backup your company file:
- Go to the File, then select Back Up.
- Tap the folder to store your backup.
- Click on Start Backup.
To export your reports to Excel, I suggest opening this link then review the instructions under Export a report in QuickBooks Desktop for Mac.
If you need to request a refund for your current subscription, I recommend reaching out to our Support Team. A live representative can open your account securely and help you with processing the refund. Here's how to contact support:

- Click on Search for something else, then type in a short description of your concern.
