Good Morning I am working through the first few modules of the ProAdvisor Training and Terri's Tech is not showing up in my list of clients. Does it need a subscription?

You can have this client add you as an accountant user to their company file, cpa-jamessawyers.

When your client sends the invitation, log out all of the Intuit websites in your browser. This can sometimes cause the invite to be redirected to a wrong user ID. Then, check your email and accept the invitation with the title [User] has invited you to use QuickBooks Online [Version].

Once you open the email, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Accept Invitation link inside the email. It will open in your default browser.
  2. Select the user ID for the firm associated with the new client.
  3. Choose the user ID that you use to log into your firm. If you choose a user ID that does not have a firm, a new firm will be created under that login.
  4. Enter your password and choose Accept Invite.

Lastly, log in to your QBO account again to see your client Terri's Tech in your client list. You can then access their company file as an accountant.

Please feel free to ask questions by leaving a reply to this thread. I'll be here to help you some more.
