Has anyone else been paying for a subscription that they are unable to use? It keeps telling me that I need to update my payment information.

This is rediculous that I can not access a human being.

Has anyone else been paying for a subscription that they are unable to use? It keeps telling me that I need to update my payment information.

You can contact our QuickBooks Support to check your subscription, and update your payment method if needed.

 

Let me walk you through the steps on how to contact our QuickBooks Support.

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help menu from the upper-right corner.
  2. Enter "Contact Support" in the message field.
  3. Select I still need a human.
  4. Click the Contact Us button in the reply.
  5. Type your concern in the box, then hit the Continue button.
  6. Choose either Send a message or Get a callback option.
  7. Fill out the necessary fields.
  8. Click Submit or Confirm my call.

 

Note: The support hours of Plus, Essentials, or Simple Start are from 6:00 AM - 6:00 PMMonday to Friday. Then 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM on Saturday. And, if you're using the Advanced version, you can contact us any time on any day.

 

I've also added an article to help you update your payment method inside QuickBooks Online.
