Have a Chase CC that does not appear in chart of accounts any longer. When I go to link, QB shows this account as already connected. How do I get it to appear again?

It's possible that your Chace Credit Card account was marked as inactive that's why it isn't showing in your Chart of Accounts. Let's show all the inactive accounts to verify it.

Here's how:

1. In your QuickBooks Online (QBO), click Accounting from the left menu and select Chart of Accounts.
2. On the page, click the Gear icon.
3. Put a checkmark in the Include inactive checkbox.
4. Find and verify the account.

• If you see Make active in the Action column, click it to show in your Chart of Accounts.
• If you can't see it, you'll need to add your Chase Credit Card again.
