I appreciate you bringing this to my attention, @claudiacagan.

 

Are you using payroll or other apps on top of your subscription? It's possible that you have other charges aside from your QuickBooks Essential plan.

 

Since the Community is a public forum, I'd suggests reaching out to our Online Support again. They can access your account in a secure environment and verify your billing charges using their tools.

I have been chatting with Amel lost the chat.

It appears I have the mac version of qb information I received from quick books support license # [removed by moderator]

lthough I have been using my mac since we moved a couple of year ago. We all have windows

0n 10/4/19 our company was charged $400.00 my notes say online support for 2 years

6/6/19 we were charged $499.00 same note

3/25/19 $1999.0 same note

on 4/6/18 989.99 same note

We have 3 chairs

I spoke to Catsi today and she wanted another $1999.00 she says this is for cloud support?

You can check your billing history and charges by visiting camps.intuit.com. From there, you can log in to your account and manage and double-check the charges.

 

I'd also recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Support Team once again. They have available resources and tools to further investigate this and able to assist you right away.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Enter "subscription issues" in the Ask a question field, then click Continue.
  4. Choose to either Start Messaging or Get a callback.

You can also check our support hours and contact us at a time convenient for you.
