You only need to sign in using your QuickBooks Online credentials, @eric84.
You don't have to use a license or product number when using QuickBooks Online (QBO). Please refer to the steps below to access your account on your new laptop:
- On your new laptop, open a browser.
- Then, head to this link to log in.
- Enter your QBO email or user ID and password, and then click Sign in.
Also, to find your QuickBooks Online company ID, you may follow these steps:
- Navigate to Settings and select Account and Settings.
- Click the Billing and subscription tab. You'll see the company ID at the top of the Billing & Subscription section.
