Hello I am having issues renewing my Quickbooks online. It seems my plan was canceled and I would like to renew my plan.

Hello I am having issues renewing my Quickbooks online. It seems my plan was canceled and I would like to renew my plan.

Let's get your account be activated, apsrentalinc.

 

Were we prompted to any error when trying to save the billing information or after resubscribing? From there, I can help you out in fixing it. 

 

Meantime, we can log in and resubscribe through a private browser. Sometimes stored cache files causes QuickBooks not to function well. We can use these keyboard shortcuts to use one: 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

Then, let's resubscribe through the prompt once we log in or through the Billing & Subscription page. Let me show you how:

  1. From the Gear icon, click Account and Settings
  2. Select Billing & Subscription
  3. Click Resubscribe.
  4. Enter the updated billing information and then click Subscribe

If this works as expected, we can clear your main browser's cache. Other browsers such as Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Mozilla Firefox can help us get rid of any browser-related issues.
