Hello, I have a problem using my account, it says me to insert a phone number but I'm located in Panama and it doesn't show in the area code options. What I can do?

Hello, I have a problem using my account, it says me to insert a phone number but I'm located in Panama and it doesn't show in the area code options. What I can do?

Let's make sure that you're able to enter the correct business information, contabilidad4.

 

It's possible that you're using a QBO US account, which is why you can't enter the area code for Panama. Make sure that you've signed up for a localized version of QBO so you can enter your own area code. 

 

To create a localized account, please go to this link and select Panama: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/.

 

Then, import your list and other types of data to the new account by following the steps in this article: Move your lists to QuickBooks Online.

 

You can also import your banking transactions as a csv file. Use this article as a guide: Import bank transactions using Excel CSV files.
