I can guide you on how to cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription. If you've purchased QuickBooks directly from Intuit, you can follow these steps:
- Open a web browser on your computer, then sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin user.
- Select the Account and Settings tab from the Gear icon.
- Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
- In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription.
- Follow the onscreen steps.

To process a refund, I would recommend reaching out to our Support Team. This way, a representative can review your account securely, and confirm the eligibility of the reimbursement.
To contact support:
- Click the (?) Help icon.
- Choose the Talk to a human option (then type it again when prompted).
- When asked by the bot, type "type in a short description of your concern".
- Select I still need a human.
- Proceed with Contact us.
- Click Let’s talk then choose either Get a call or Start messaging.
Once canceled, your data will be available in read-only access for one year from the date of cancellation. If you want to save your data for future use, you can export them to Excel.
