Let me show you the steps on how to pay your subscription in QuickBooks Online.
Before we start, can share with me the subscription you're using in QuickBooks? If you're using a trial version that was already expired, here's how to update your subscription.
- Go to Settings ⚙ and select Account and settings.
- In the Billing & Subscription section, look for the product and click Subscribe.
- Enter your information and select Validate Address and Save.
- Fill out the rest of information.

Before you start, please take note of the following:
- Only an admin can update payment info for your account.
- You need to update payment info in QuickBooks Online using a web browser. You won't be able to update payment information from the mobile app.
If you're missing the Billing & Subscription tab, you may have purchased the product through another source like iTunes or Google Marketplace. If not, you’ll want to clear your cache and refresh the page.
Moreover, you can use direct debit to pay your QBO subscription.
