Below are the instructions on how to request a callback in QuickBooks Online. 

Here's how:

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account. 
2. Select the Help (?) option in the right corner. 
3. Choose Contact Us. 
4. Enter in the description of your issue, then click on Let's talk. 
5. Go to Get a callback. 
6. Key in your contact information and pick Call me.

Also, QuickBooks offers a chat where you can speak with an agent there. You can refer back to this article with additional information about talking with someone in chat: Contact Us.

If you purchased the QBO account thru your accountant, you have to ask them to release your account and assign you as the Master Admin. Otherwise, you will need another effort to claim your data.
