Hello, I renewed my subscription. It asked me to relink to my bank account. I did. It showed 2 links, same account. I deleted the first and lost 1/2 data. recovery?

How do I recover or merge the data from the old link to the new one? It says all of my rules are not working because the original data/link doesn't exist.

I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Support Team. They can verify your account and further assist you right away with this. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Open QB Assistant by clicking the Help menu.
  2. Select Talk to a human
  3. When asked, enter something like "merge data from old to the new one."
  4. Proceed with I still need a human.
  5. Click the Get help from a human link.
  6. Select Get a callback or Start a message
