Hello, If we have two businesses and personal are we able to separate all of these under one quickbooks account? If so, how do we do this?

You can use the class tracking feature to track your two businesses. This is available in QuickBooks Online Plus, if you're not using a Plus version,  upgrade your plan once you're ready.

 

However, combining two businesses in one account is not advisable, the transactions might be messed up. To avoid this, I recommend using a different account for the two.

Technically you can utilize the Class feature available in QBO Plus or Advanced as mentioned by CharleneMae_F . But you have to make sure about your tax regulation. If you are located in the US, you have to seperate the books. For personal bookkeeping, you should utilize Mint.
