Had you not so graciasly done so, I would have never been able to get another representative who knows completely nothing of what she's informing me of nor was she of any help as you have been. But thank you for the brief instruction / lesson on how to reach a notsohelpforepresentative, who has assisted me on explaining to me how your computer error charged my account for over $5000.00 in subscriptions that I did not purchase because, I had already requested and was assured that my accounts with quickbooks online were canceled that I have to wait now 10 business days for something that you took out of my account with out my authorization to be refunded oh but the best part is that when I first called on the 17 of August I was assured once again that not worry everything was taken care of n I would have my money in my account come Monday. We are now August 24 ,2020 Tuesday morning and I'm being treated as an ignorant individual who knows not how to work a computer and has to wait 10 business for his money until quickbooks decides its convenient for them to return my money they to from me with out my consent and acknowledgement.

Is there something that I dont know, because they way you're making it seem that there's something wrong! I been trying all day I followed directions and waited for someone to call me back 5 times throughout the day and know called i finally attempted to chat with someone by the name of Chase R. And he just transferred me to someone else and i started messaging sent 4 and waited 30 minutes just to be told your chat has ended.
