Help! QB 2021 Pro - Cannot open and there is no Tech Phone or Chat available?!

Anyone know what is happening with QB Support? They have no phone or chat available and I suddenly cannot open my QB Desktop Pro 2021 Software. It opens and then I have repeated PS107 Error Warning Pop Up that I cannot make go away so I cannot access "Help" to try and reinstall or fix.

I have never had this issue, but also NEVER see QB not have access to Chat or Phone.

Any ideas on how to make the Warning Pop-Up stop so I can try and re-download the updates?

Any idea on why QB Chat or Phone support is not available??

Error PS107 is caused by a damaged file in QuickBooks Desktop. I'll help you fix this error.

You can download specific updates directly from our website. I'll show you how:

Go to Download & Updates page.
Select your country, product and version.
Click Search. From there, click Get the latest updates hyperlink.
Choose Critical fixes and select Get Updates.

Once done, close and re-open QuickBooks then download the latest tax table. However, if the issue continues, uninstall QuickBooks and perform a clean install in Selective Startup.

a. Make a backup of your QuickBooks company file.

b. Perform a clean install in Selective Startup.

These steps are sure to help you resolve the PS107 error.

Thank you so much! QB finally got their Chat and Phone system up and working again, and I ended up Uninstalling QB and then reinstalling a fresh new copy.

I will save your instructions as I didn't know we could find the critical fixes to download and update, but this is good to know and hopefully will help others in a similar situation.
