Hhow do you change the account primary contact when no longer with the organization and passed away?

Updating the primary contact information for your QuickBooks account can be done in 2 easy steps.

 

First, if you have an access to the existing Intuit login, update the contact directly in the Customer Account Management Portal Site (CAMPS) website. Here's how:

 

  1. Click this link: Your QuickBooks Account (CAMPS).
  2. Log in using your Intuit credentials.
  3. Scroll down to the Primary Contact section and select Change.
  4. Choose the new primary contact from the list of names on the account.
  5. Hit Save and Close when done.

Secondly, if you don't have an Intuit login and the current primary contact is no longer associated with the company, contact our Customer Service Team for a change request. Here's how to get support:

 

  1. Go to your QuickBooks Home page, then click the Help menu at the top.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Desktop Help from the drop-down.
  3. Hit the Contact us icon.

The first option didn't work with my login. I guess you have to have the primary contact's login information. It popped up a message to contact the primary contact.

So, I will try the second option.
