Updating the primary contact information for your QuickBooks account can be done in 2 easy steps.
First, if you have an access to the existing Intuit login, update the contact directly in the Customer Account Management Portal Site (CAMPS) website. Here's how:
Secondly, if you don't have an Intuit login and the current primary contact is no longer associated with the company, contact our Customer Service Team for a change request. Here's how to get support:

The first option didn't work with my login. I guess you have to have the primary contact's login information. It popped up a message to contact the primary contact.
So, I will try the second option.
