Hi there, @ronsabina.

 

Currently, we have an ongoing investigation about the error message you're getting when renewing account. I encourage you to reach out to our Customer Care Team. This way, you'll be added to the list of affected users and get notified of the latest updates and progress of the investigation through email. Just provide this investigation number INV-52160 to the representative.

 

Here's how:

  1. Select Assistant from the top bar.
  2. Type in "Talk to a human," then press Enter.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern. You can type in the investigation number here.
  4. Select Message an agent or Get a callback.

I have been in contact with support. There have been multiple tickets open since Sept.

Unfortunately, no resolution.

So the next question would be how to increase priority thru escalation process?

We're running a small business, and while we appreciate the extensions (since renewing is not working), we can't access all functions.

We're up to 5 months now with no resolution, but multiple tickets.

Seem to be having same issue... cannot get help. Spent two hours on this issue yesterday with no resolution.
