I have been in contact with support. There have been multiple tickets open since Sept.
Unfortunately, no resolution.
So the next question would be how to increase priority thru escalation process?
We're running a small business, and while we appreciate the extensions (since renewing is not working), we can't access all functions.
We're up to 5 months now with no resolution, but multiple tickets.

Seem to be having same issue... cannot get help. Spent two hours on this issue yesterday with no resolution.
