Hi FzAll,

Currently, you're unable to generate a Stock Aging Report in QuickBooks Desktop. You'll want to use QuickBooks Enterprise with Advanced Inventory to generate a report that has the most of the data you need. Then, export it to Excel and create a pivot table to design a customized Stock Aging report.

Here's how:

  1. Click Edit on the upper menu, select Preferences.
  2. Choose Items & Inventory.
  3. Go to the Company Preferences.
  4. Select Advanced Inventory Settings.
  5. Tick the Use FIFO starting on the option to turn on the FIFO inventory tracking feature.
  6. From the Reports menu, select the FIFO Cost Lot History by Item report.
  7. Export this report to excel by clicking the Excel button besides Email.
  8. Create a Pivot table to get the aging report.

Here's a  thread that you can check for additional information: Inventory Aging Report in Enterprise.

However, if you're using a different QuickBooks version, run and customize the Inventory Stock Status by Item report to show the data that you need.

  1. Click Reports on the upper menu.
  2. Select Inventory.
  3. Choose the Inventory Stock Status by Item report
