Hi FzAll,
Currently, you're unable to generate a Stock Aging Report in QuickBooks Desktop. You'll want to use QuickBooks Enterprise with Advanced Inventory to generate a report that has the most of the data you need. Then, export it to Excel and create a pivot table to design a customized Stock Aging report.
Here's how:
- Click Edit on the upper menu, select Preferences.
- Choose Items & Inventory.
- Go to the Company Preferences.

- Select Advanced Inventory Settings.
- Tick the Use FIFO starting on the option to turn on the FIFO inventory tracking feature.
- From the Reports menu, select the FIFO Cost Lot History by Item report.
- Export this report to excel by clicking the Excel button besides Email.
- Create a Pivot table to get the aging report.
Here's a thread that you can check for additional information: Inventory Aging Report in Enterprise.
However, if you're using a different QuickBooks version, run and customize the Inventory Stock Status by Item report to show the data that you need.
- Click Reports on the upper menu.
- Select Inventory.
- Choose the Inventory Stock Status by Item report
