Hello, nlucius-aol-com.

Thanks for joining us here in the Intuit Community. Let me help you have your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) data on your new phone.

When downloading the QBSE app, there's no need for you to transfer data. You just need to make sure that you are using the same login credentials when you sign up for the service and the one that you have on your old phone.

You may also want to check if you've downloaded the app for QBSE, and not the regular QuickBooks Online app.

Here’s a link that you can check on to download the QBSE app:

Once verified, try to log back in. Check to see if it works.

If there are any features, you haven’t tested out yet, check out our Community Help articles

If there’s anything else I can do for you concerning QBSE, please feel free to visit us again. Have a great day!

Hi there, @Matrixtrader29.

I'd like to ensure that this matter gets taken care of for you so your data will show up on your new phone.

To better isolate this issue, I recommend accessing your QuickBooks Self-Employed account using the web-browser to see if the data is available on this platform. You can sign in to your account using this link: Sign in with your Intuit account to use QuickBooks Self-Employed.

If it's showing up, I suggest reinstalling and installing the mobile app from your device. This can help refresh the application and to load your data on your new phone.

I've also got here a link that you can bookmark for future reference about fixing app issues on your mobile device: Here are some quick steps to fix most app-related issues.

However, if the problem continues, I'd be best to reach out to our Customer Care Team. They have the tools that can help investigate the root cause of this hurdle and provide a fix.

To contact them:

  1. Click on Help at the top.
  2. Select on Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern in the Ask a question box.
  4. Press on Continue.
  5. Choose your preferred support method to reach us.

If you have any more questions about this or with QuickBooks, please let me know. I value you and the success of your business. Keep safe!
