Hi, I'm need to update credit card details for billing (change payment method). But under Account and Settings - I have only "Company" tab and not also "Subscription".

Hi, I'm need to update credit card details for billing (change payment method). But under Account and Settings - I have only "Company" tab and not also "Subscription".

Let us first know why you are not able to see the normal format in the Account and Settings section. I’m going to show you steps to verify if this is a cache-related issue.
 

Here's how:

 

  1. Use a private browser to connect to QuickBooks Online.
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: Press CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press CTRL + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: Press CTRL + Shift + P

      2. If that works, you can proceed to clear the cache of the browser.

 
If you still unable to see the Billing and Subscription tab while using a private browser, an alternative way is to use another browser.
 
You’ll need to contact support if you still experience the same error. So that they can perform screen sharing to know the root cause of not being able to see the correct format.
 
Afterward, if the option to update your billing info is available, you can use this as your reference for that transaction: Update the payment information for your subscription.
