Hi, I was charged for the subscription but was on my free trial (ends in 2weeks) and I need to cancel my free trial and get a refund back. How can get help?

You can follow these steps to do this:
Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner and select Account and Settings.
Select the Billing & Subscription tab and go to the QuickBooks tile.
Click Cancel your trial or Cancel subscription.
Follow the cancellation process and click Submit and cancel subscription.
Select Got it.
After that, you'll have a read-only access to your company file. If you encounter an issue cancelling the subscription, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team. They can do it for you.
