Hi, ive accidentally signed up to Quickbooks US but I'm from AUS. My email is now locked to US site, meaning I can't sign up to AUS site. anyone know how I can fix?

We can cancel your QBSE US subscription from the Billing & Subscription page if you bought QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) directly from QuickBooks or Intuit. Here's how:

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed in a web browser.
2. Click the Gear icon.
3. Tap Billing Info.
4. Press Cancel subscription.

If you purchased it from a mobile app store, just follow the steps and details in the Cancel your QuickBooks Self-Employed subscription article. Then, go to Cancel your subscription bough through a mobile app store section. Cancel your QBSE US version and purchase a new QBSE AU version

Thank you for the response. I can’t seem to do much as I only had the free trial which I have cancelled. But when I try to create an account on the Australian version it just says that my email is already in use? Is there any way I can wipe my email completely and start again? 

The problem is we are only allowed using one email address to open one QBSE account. You may use another email address to open a new QBSE account for the time being. Then contact Support to deactivate your trial account and change the email address for the new one.
