Thank you for the response. I can’t seem to do much as I only had the free trial which I have cancelled. But when I try to create an account on the Australian version it just says that my email is already in use? Is there any way I can wipe my email completely and start again?
The problem is we are only allowed using one email address to open one QBSE account. You may use another email address to open a new QBSE account for the time being. Then contact Support to deactivate your trial account and change the email address for the new one.
