To view Batch transactions, click on + New under Other. This feature provides flexible options to enter multiple bills and expenses simultaneously and send the same bill or expense to multiple recipients with one click. I'll guide you on creating batch transactions, Naveed Iqbal.

This functionality simplifies data entry and greatly reduces time spent managing accounts payable or receivable. Here's how:

  1. Click on New + and choose Batch transactions.
  2. From the Select transaction type dropdown, you can select the type of transaction you wish to process.
  3. Select any field in line 1 to start your first transaction. Then fill out the required information in each field similar to a regular form.
  4. In the Type field, select Category details for flat rates, or Item details for specific product or service information.
  5. Proceed to line 2 for your next transaction and complete the fields.
  6. Continue adding transactions as needed.
  7. Click Save when complete.

If the issue continues, try browser troubleshooting by opening a supported or incognito browser and pasting the link in the address bar to identify the issue's cause. Use these keyboard shortcuts to open the window and continue using batch transactions:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If it fixes the issue, go back to the regular browser clear the cache, and make sure they're up to date.
