I"m trying to update my Quickbook Desktop. I see the currant price of 1069.20. , But I did renew in June 2, 2025 and I have a receipt for 702.54 account 3926.

Could you please confirm if you’re looking to update your credit card for billing? If yes, QuickBooks Online requires a Monthly Billing subscription before switching to Annual Billing. In case your default payment method expires, you will need to resubscribe using the same payment method type (e.g., credit card or PayPal) before switching to a different payment type.

Here’s how:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks account as the primary admin.
2. Go to Settings, then Subscriptions and billing.
3. Find the Billing & Subscription tab.
4. Click Edit next to your payment method and Add New in the wallet listing.
5. Choose Credit/Debit Card or Bank Transfer and add payment method details.
6. Select Save payment method to my Intuit profile.
7. Once done, select Save and Use.
