How to login to Singapore version

Hi there akgroups2002

Let me help you get logged in to your QuickBooks Online company.

To make sure you're logging in to the correct website address specific for your region/country, follow these steps:

  1. Go to: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/
  2. Click Asia Pacific at the top, then select Singapore
  3. On the QuickBooks website, click Sign in at the top-right corner.
  4. Enter your login credentials, and then click Sign In. If you have multiple companies, select the company you're going to work on.

Regarding your second question, we'll need to turn on the tax feature so you can start tracking your sales tax. A default set of tax codes for Singapore are automatically created for you. You can create your own tax codes, if necessary. It's important to note that once sales tax is set up, you'll see the Sales Tax Centre. You'll also see a Tax/GST column on your sales and purchases forms.

Here's how we can turn on the tax feature:

  1. From the left navigation menu, click Taxes
  2. Click the Set up tax button.
  3. Fill in the details as necessary. If you don't have the information with you, you can always update it later.
  4. Once you're ready, click Next, and then click Got it!.

If you need help with adding a tax code, or a tax group, I've got you the guide here: How Do I Set Up Sales Tax Rates and Use Them on Forms?

I've added screenshots below to guide you better.

Let me know if you need more help finding your way around QuickBooks Online, and I'll get back to you the soonest!
