As of the moment, there isn't an integrated way of starting a new account with a plan subscription in the US version but the data is not. You'll want to acquire a US profile for your to be able to set up your account and tax profile. I suggest reaching out to an accountant or a tax advisor to help you with the best option for your business set up.
