Home currency changed??

I deleted my company yesterday and set the home currency to USD. I did a lot of work setting it up again. NOW the home currency changed back to Chinese Yuan! WHY??

We can check what's causing your home currency to switch back to Chinese Yuan after deleting your company file and setting the currency to USD.

Here's how to get the contact number for the Technical Support Team:

  1. Go to this website https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. Select QuickBooks Online.
  3. Click the QuickBooks setup & navigation topic.
  4. Click the Company setup sub-topic.
  5. Scroll down and click the Get Phone Number button.

Good news! If you're using QBO International, there's a 24/7 email based support that's available for you. Our Email Team will help you resolve concerns related to your QuickBooks account and can assist you with your Multicurrency issue.

 

Here's how you can get in touch with us:

 

  1. Go to this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en/contact
  2. Choose QuickBooks Online.
  3. Click the Search for something else button.
  4. In the Tell us more about your question box, type in Multicurrency.
  5. Click Search.
  6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Send Email.
  7. Fill out all necessary information required including the detailed description of your concern.
  8. Click Ask Your Question.

Home currency changed??

You can only change the home currency when you haven't activated the Multicurrency feature yet, Rachael3.

 

Follow these easy steps:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Go to the Advanced tab.
  4. In the Currency section, click the Pencil icon.
  5. Click the Home Currency drop-down arrow, then select the QR.
  6. Click Save, and Done.

Although, if you've turned on Multicurrency already, you can only change the home currency by deleting your data and starting over from scratch
