I can see that you have no hold of your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company. If you're the one who subscribed in QBO, you will be automatically the Master Admin of your company. I'd like to hear more about this to help you further.

Go to the ? Help button located at the top-right corner of your page.
Click Contact US at the bottom of the Help section.
Enter your concern such as, "Can't log-in as Master Admin."
Choose how you wanted to be assisted and then follow the on-screen instructions.
