I've got you covered in handling your transactions, @support65.
First, you won't see transactions such as bank deposits, journal entries, etc. on the Transaction List tab when no vendor or customer names are linked to them. However, you can view them on your bank register and the Profit & Loss or Balance Sheet reports.
To isolate this, let's make sure to indicate the names when creating transactions. To do that, click the +New button. Select the transaction you want and ensure to associate a name to it.

You can also personalize your reports to get the details that you want. Then, you can memorize them to keep copies for easy future access.
