How can a client access multiple QBO accounts when sent an invitation from me the accountant? QBO keeps defaulting to the first business account ID and password.
My client successfully established an ID and password for his initial business, from my invitation, a few months ago. Recently he established a new business. I created an account and sent him an invitation. When he tries to establish an ID and password for the new business QBO defaults to his initial ID ... and only allows him to access his original business. How can my client access his additional QBO account?
