How can a non-admin user on Quickbooks Plus plan access and manage apps?

Hi, 

 

We have a Quickbooks Plus account and need to allow one of our users to install and try out Applications on our account. We would prefer not to make him an Admin. 

 

Can someone please assist.

Allow me to chime in or a moment and share some additional information about the Admin user access in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

At this time, QBO doesn't have the option to let only the Admin access Applications. Once a user is set up as a Company Admin, they can do and see everything in your account.

Hello there, Jaimeen,

 

QuickBooks Online only lets an Admin user access the Applications. Master Administrator and Company Administrator are the type of users that has access to all areas of the account.

Thanks for your response! Is there a way to assign a Company Admin same controls as a Standard User plus access to Applications? Basically, we want one of our existing Standard Users in QBO Plus to access Applications.

Let me add some details about the users in QuickBooks Online.

 

Right now, we are unable to let the Standard user access the third-party applications in QuickBooks Online. A user should be a Company Admin to be able to access the applications.
