Hi there, D_Conrad570.
Thanks for reaching out to us here in the Community. I'm here to address your concern about accepting your client's email invitation.
I checked with my resources and didn’t find any open reports similar to your concern. The issue you're getting could be the result of too much data stored in your browser.
To isolate the issue, let’s perform some basic troubleshooting steps. First, use a private/incognito window when opening the email invitation. From there, enter your login credentials.
Here’s how:
- Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: press Command + Shift + N
If you have successfully accepted the invitation, I recommend going back to your regular browser and clear the cache to start fresh. Should this not work in a private window, I suggest using another browser Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox to fix this issue.
These steps should point you in the right direction.
Please update me on how things go. I want to make sure everything you're all set with this concern.
