How can I access my clients previous purchases please?

Hello, @costellojello. I'd be happy to guide you in accessing your client's purchases in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

If your an accountant, once a client invites to connect, you can review their books. To open their QBO company file from your QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) account, here's what you'll need to do:

  1. In the toolbar, click GO TO QUICKBOOKS drop-down menu.
  2. Select the name of your client's QuickBooks company.

Once your client's company file is open, to check the purchases they've made, you can click on the Expenses tab in the left menu.

However, if you're referring to the QuickBooks Online subscriptions your client purchase, to check wholesale billing clients info, see below steps:

  1. On your QBOA account, click the Gear icon at the top.
  2. In the YOUR COMPANY column, select Subscription and billing.
  3. Go to the Your subscriptions tab.

From there, you'll see all of your Wholesale Billing clients’ info such as their company name and ID, type of subscription, and status.
