How can I add a class to an account

Can I assign a class to an income and expense account without going through each transaction one by one?

How can I add a class to an account

Hello KarlD,

 

Class tracking is a great way to keep organize transactions by category. In the meantime, adding classes in QuickBooks can only be done in every transaction. I'd suggest sending us a product suggestion about being able to add classes for income and expense accounts. Please click on the Help menu and select Send Feedback Online.
