How can i add my Accountant under user, I have no way of doing it?

I can help provide the information you need in using QuickBooks Online. Right now, only the admin and existing accountant user can add a new accountant.
The Simple Start, Essentials, and the Plus version can invite up to 2 accountants. While the Advanced plan supports up to 3 users.
If you don't have the required access rights, you'll need to get in touch with the admin to perform the process. If you have the right and the problem persists, I suggest performing some basic troubleshooting steps to help isolate and fix the issue.
Please start with signing into your account through an incognito window. It'll allow you to access QuickBooks without using cookies.

Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: press Command + Shift +N
If it works, I suggest you proceed with clearing the cache. There are times too much data can accumulate over time and cause issues within the system.
