How can I begin doing invoices again after renewing my subscription? I renewed it and have my receipt but it keeps telling me to subscribe

It's possible that QuickBooks was unable to recognize or refresh the changes after resubscribing. Let me help you get back to business by doing a few browser troubleshooting steps. I suggest that after each solution, we'll review your billing subscription and then create and invoice.  

 

First, let's refresh QuickBooks by pressing F5 in your keyboard and then log out and log back in. If the issue persists, we can follow some solutions below:

  1. Access your account through a private browser since it doesn't store any cache files causing frequently visited sites not to function well. 
  2. Go back to your main browser and clear or remove its cache files. 
  3. Use other browsers in accessing QuickBooks such as Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Mozilla Firefox.
