How can I cancel my account?

It's sad to see you go, @e.garcia.

 

You'll want to go to your Account and Settings and cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription from there. Let me guide you how.

 

Before doing so, I recommend printing the forms and reports that you might need in the future.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear ⚙ icon.
  2. Click Account and Settings.
  3. Select the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
  5. Click Continue to cancel, then select the Continue to cancel button (if it shows on your screen).
  6. Follow the next steps.
  7. Select Submit and cancel subscription.
  8. Click Got it.
