How can I change QBO system language?

I'm here to show you how to change the system language. Just a heads up, this is only available in the international versions. The US version of QuickBooks Online defaults to English. 

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
2. From the Advanced tab, select the Language and click the small Edit (pencil) icon.
3. Choose the language and click Save.

If you're using the US version, the best option I can suggest is to change the language in browser settings instead. However, this may affect other open sites. You may want to seek help from the browser provider on how to update the language.

It depends on where is your company located. If you are located in the US, you may send invoice in other language.
