Go to Edit menu > Preferences, the Send Forms on the left, the Company Preferences tab on the right. Select Invoice or Sales Receipt, whatever you send from QB. Make a new outgoing message, customize it, put your Company name in the Subject text, etc. Now set this as Default. Your company name is probably already in the Subject line; you are asking about the Email Name, which you told us is info, and that will show as Info at their end unless you are in their Address book. If so, their system resolves it to your name.
