If you're to changing the principal officer's name of your payroll subscription, you'll need to contact our Customer Care Team. They'll help you determine which type of process would be best for you to use to modify your principal officer.
Before doing so, please gather the following information as it will be needed during the modification procedure:
Principal officer's name.
Date of birth.
Social Security number.
If you're also changing the bank account, get a voided check from the new bank account.
Once done, you can now reach our support team through these steps:
Click on Help at the top menu bar.
Hit on the Contact Us button.
Enter a brief description of the issue in the What can we help you with? box.
Press on Let's talk.
Select on Geta callback.
Key in your contact details, then tap on Confirm my call.
However, if you want to update the principal officer's name for Merchant Services, the change in ownership or primary leadership requires that you close the current merchant account. After that, you'll need to apply for a new merchant account under the new owner or primary leader.
To achieve this goal, you also need to contact the Merchant Services Care Team. They'll be able to guide you all through out the procedure.
