Let’s try to follow the instructions again but using a private browser this time. If you’re able to cancel it successfully on a private window, it’d be best to clear your browser’s cache. You can also switch to other browsers. There are times that the overloaded files in your browser can cause unusual behaviors.
However, if you’re still unable to cancel the subscription, I’d recommend logging in to CAMPS using your Intuit credentials. This lets you manage your account including canceling a subscription.

I'm having the same situation as raquel2. I've followed your instructions and tried to login my account through CAMPS and still ended up with the same scenario. Please cancel my Trial.
There's no need to cancel the trial subscription, J33.
The trial subscription will be cancelled automatically after the 30 days trial period. You'll then receive an email about the cancellation once QuickBooks cancelled your account.
