I appreciate the steps you’ve taken to get the report you needed. I’m here to make sure you get the right report with the information you need in QuickBooks.
At this time, the option to generate contact info and deposit info is currently unavailable. You have to run two different reports like Deposit Detail and Customer Contact List.
The first one will show all the transaction types made from the deposit and the total amount. While the latter provides information such as name, address, and phone number.

Once done, you can export these reports to Excel and edit the data from there. Let me show you how:

You probably can't do it with one report. However, if your goal is to create donor statements to send to your donors, use our BRC Donor Statements - QB Online tool. It uses several reports, first exported to Excel, and combines them to magically create statements that are ready to print and mail, with no further data entry required.
