When downgrading your subscription, there are some functions that will prevent you from doing it. I have here an article that you might want to check. Downgrade stoppers and how to fix them.

 

Here's how to downgrade your subscription:

  1. Go to this link: https://c70.qbo.intuit.com/app/changeplan. In this page,  shows your current plan and the available plans to downgrade.
  2. Click Choose Plan under Simple Start.
  3. Review the features under your new plan, and then Next.
  4. If you've encountered a function, check the article about the downgrade stoppers.
  5. After removing the function, a confirmation page will appear. It includes the summary of your new billing details.
  6. Select Confirm, and then Sign out.

Once done, your new subscription should affect right away. Here's how to check:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click the Gear icon, then select Account and Settings.
  3. Select the Billing & Subscription tab.
