I am a bit late with my solution, btw, for everyone, who cant see Payments History in Bulling&Subscription like me - just switch to company you want to see a Payment History and browse to the url: https://qbo.intuit.com/app/paymentHistory
I have the same problem. I cannot find my subscription invoices. Please see the pic attached to see how my BILLING INFO section looks like.
I'm subscribed for self-employed UK quick books so I only have support through the emails.
I'm being charged at least twice a month since I started and after speaking to customer service nothing got fixed.
I attached my business bank statements, I created a list with all the history payments to prove I'm being charged more than once a month and quickbooks adviser kept sending me stupid emails every day, to repeat the actions I already done(bank statements, dates when payment went out from account), emails sent at wrong hours (10:30pm), etc. He's been very polite, but overall useless. According to them I'm not being overcharged, but when I asked if he can see my payment history...well he can't.
Since I started this subscription last year October or November I only received 3 email with my VAT Invoice : 8th August, 9th June, 9th March. They don't even come as PDF so you can easily download and print the paperwork for your books, but you have to print the email.
My last payment were:
13th August £7.2
31st August £7.2
11th September £7.2
I supplied all possible email addresses so they could run them through the system to see if I have more than subscription and nothing else came up apart from the initial email associated with the subscription.
I'm already looking to change the company to XERO if I can transfer the data.
Looking forward to your reply. Please tell me where do I find the invoices.
We're glad to have you here, ivan.

Self employed QuickBooks.
Any further advice?
Hi there, @Merlot.
Thank you for posting in the QuickBooks Community. I'm here to help share steps to get your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) subscription invoice.
The option to print the invoice in the Account and Settings page is only available in QuickBooks Online. For QBSE, you need to log in to the Account Management Portal Site with your QBSE credentials to print the transaction details.
For more detailed information and screenshots, you can check out this article, Use the Customer Account Management Postal Site (CAMPS) and click the Search, view and print transaction details link.
We take our customer ideas into consideration when looking for product improvements. I recommend you share your thoughts and suggestions to our product development team for future updates.
Please send them through this link: Receipts for Subscription.
For additional support, you can also reach out to our QBSE support for further assistance. Here's how you can reach them:
Fill me in if you have any other questions about retrieving a copy of your QBSE subscription invoice. I'll be happy to help you out.
Hi there, @mark7.
It would be my pleasure to help you get a hold of your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription receipts. As you noticed, the steps above only work for the QuickBooks Self-Employed software. If you'd like to find this information for a QBO company, just follow these steps:
Find your QuickBooks Online Subscription Receipts
This allows you to see up to the last 3 months of your QBO subscription payments. We also offer this information in our guide on printing QuickBooks Online subscription receipts for your convenience. Please keep in touch with me here should you have any additional questions or concerns, I want to make sure you're taken care of. Thanks for reaching out, have a great day.
You Intuit boys are having a laugh ...................
Why do I need to go to order status? I have a live subscription ! Besides which I do not have an order number, we pay by direct debit - so no card!
Why isn't it part of the account settings etc within the online programme - how simple could it be?
The options on this thread are ridiculous.
Allow me to step in for a moment and share some insights about getting an invoice or receipts for your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription.
The Intuit Order Status site is where you can get and print a copy of your QBO subscription receipt. Additionally, you also need to enter the required information for you to be verified and get the status of your subscription before you can print it.
In this case, since you don't have that information, I'd highly recommend contacting our Support Team. They have the tools that can securely verify your account and send a copy of your invoice/receipt for your QBO subscription. You can reach them through this link: Get help with QuickBooks Online.
I can see how additional options and functionality would be helpful for both you and your organization. I'll be sure to pass along your request directly to our Product Developers Team for consideration in future updates. I encourage you to submit feedback as well. This helps them know how this option makes your QBO experience smoother.
You can submit this from within QBO by selecting the Gear icon and Feedback or by going to the following link: QuickBooks Online Feature Requests.
Please let me know how it goes or if I can be of additional help. I'd be glad to continue assisting if you should have any follow up questions. Take care always!
Thanks for the reply but it still doesn't really help.
The original query looks like it was generated in the UK, certainly the second comment is.
Your suggestion of the Help link takes me to a page which suggests I ring an number in the USA with opening hours on Pacific Time !! I'm in middle earth and seemingly stuck here.
With the changes that are coming to UK tax - Making tax digital I will not be recommending QBO as a solution for clients.
Totally rubbish that there is not a simple way to get a copy invoice for quickbooks online, UK user. Non of the suggestions above help at all! Come on; you guys can do better than this! Surely!
It's my priority to make sure you can get your QuickBooks Online subscription invoice. I'm here to provide some insights and point you in the right direction for determining on how you could get it.
Subscription invoices are automatically sent by out system to your Master Admin's email address. QuickBooks Online UK currently doesn't have an option for viewing and printing for these invoices.
The ability to get a copy of the invoice is a feature that I can see as being beneficial to you and others. I'll be sure to submit feedback from my side, which will be sent to our Product Development Team when considering new features to integrate in software updates.
In the meantime, I encourage you to please contact our Customer Care Team. They have the capability to pull up your account and process a request, so you can receive a your subscription's receipt.
I'd love to process this for you. However, the sharing of sensitive information is required to pull up and verify an account, and while this is a public forum, the Customer Care Team can do it in a safe manner.
Please touch base with me here should there be anything else you need to succeed with QuickBooks. Thanks for dropping in and best wishes.
I have found where to print. The problem is that the invoices provided show very little info. There’s no Method of payment indicated. No address info. Nothing really along the lines of what most invoices should include for tax reporting other than the amount. Is there a way to procure a more detailed invoice for my bookeeping? This is kind of frustrating.
Hi, @ASAP Lifts.
Let me help route you to the right support so you can print an invoice with more details.
Since this is a public forum, I'd suggest contacting our Online Care Support so they can pull up your account in a secure environment. They'll be able to provide an option in printing a more detailed invoice for your records.
Feel free to drop by again in the Community if you need anything else. I'm just around the corner to help.
Has anyone at Intuit realized they may have a much bigger problem for subscribers who haven't received any billing emails since September 2018? These are subscribers who are setup with QBO and with multiple companies.
I've just spent over an hour (nearly 90 min) on the ph assisting a Quickbooks Main Admin user in the UK because they haven't received any direct billing emails since September 2018. I went thru their Intuit.com account llooking for payment history that is not available online and through their Outlook emails (checked junk folder, Inbox, deleted) to confirm they never received any billing emails since Sept 2018.
They have a QBO account for 2 companies so they get 2 monthly billing emails. So no billing emails from Intuit.com for Oct or Nov 2018.
Unfortunately there is no way to access payment history or to generate monthly invoice without the email from their Intuit.com account. The directions above are for US customers.
The user tried using https://www.intuit.com/commerce/orderstatus/orderstatus.jsp but the user is in the UK, so doesn't have a zipcode and they use direct billing so no card number.
Has Quickbooks/Intuit changed how their monthly billing emails are sent starting in October? perhaps they're using a different email provider? It is really inconvenient that UK quickbook customers are unable to access any payment history or generate a monthly invoice statement for Quickbooks monthly subscription fees !!!
Looks like the only way to get monthly payment invoice or history is to contact Intuit.com directly at:
It's easy to get in touch and find the information you need.
Our sales team is available:
9:00am — 5:30pm Monday to Thursday
9:00am — 4:30pm on Fridays
I can't believe that of all companies, Intuit.com, doesn't provide UK customers with online access to their billing history or a way to view/print monthly billing invoices.
